Overview

I assisted the managing director with a variety of tasks, demonstrating my ability to handle both administrative and strategic responsibilities. One of my primary duties was call screening, where I ensured that all communications were prioritized and managed efficiently, allowing the managing director to focus on high-priority tasks.

Additionally, I minuted both internal and external client meetings, meticulously recording key points, decisions, and action items to ensure clear follow-up and accountability.

Attended a meeting with potential business partners to assess the feasibility of a joint venture targeting adhesive sales in Europe. Provided support by taking detailed notes, analysing discussions, and contributing insights to evaluate the potential benefits and risks.

Conducted extensive research on international business practices crucial for the strategic planning of the joint venture — covering regulatory requirements, market entry strategies, and competitive analysis in the European adhesive market.
